Breaking the Bottle

So we have decided to follow my good friend Shawna and join in on the bottle breaking of Hailey. It is going fairly well, she has her night time bottle before bed but, if we can get away with it we use a sippy cup but, most nights still a bottle but cut down to four ounces. Now this is going as good as can be expected, expecially with her having a touch of the croup.
Now this morning when I got home from work Daddy informed me that she woke up at 2am. screaming and he caved and gave her a bottle. Okay one night, should be a bad things. But, I did however go and take all but one four ounce bottle out of the kitchen to help the temptation of giving her more than one a night. We will see how well that works.
Today for her naps however, she had her sippy cup and drank it and went down for her naps without a fight. That has become a new thing. She can throw a fit suite for a sailor. If she could talk, I would beat that she would be using their way of speaking during those fits! ;-)

On another note, Hailey has taken off with the walking. She is a crazy daredevil when she gets up and darts across the room. Lastnight my hubby said that he was watching tv when from over by the stairs she stands up and darts across the room and stops just shy of the kitchen, turns around (still standing) and darts back across the room.
She will just be standing there and drop all her weight and go down on her knees. OUCH! That scares daddy, were afraid she's going to bust a kneecap or something, is that possible? Maybe I should google that!

I will keep you updated with the bottle breaking and get some pictures took of her 'darting' across the room and get them up on my site.
